Company Policies and Shipping
We are a small family owned company. We have just two employees, Patrick and Amy Smith. Our exclusive items are made in our backyard bunkhouse in southern Arizona. Most items on the website are in stock and ready to ship. We ship Priority Mail twice a week. Usually Tuesdays and Fridays. All the items are handmade with artistic imperfections and varying stone colors and metals. Refunds or exchanges need to be made within 30 days of purchase date.
Spur rowels with interchangeable settings are not under any type of warranty, since they are meant to be interchangeable we do not solder the threads on the screws. It is a good idea when you recieve them to add a few drops of glue to the threads if you do not plan on changing the rowels often.
Our store policy is that if there is ever a manufacturing defect and a stone falls out of the cup, or a cup falls off the spurs or bit we will repair it free of charge. If the stone is broken or the stone setting is bent then that would be considered consumer damage and there is a charge for repairs.
